User Data Deletion

You can delete all your personal data at any time through the Settings page in your dashboard. This feature allows you to completely remove your account and all associated data from our system.

How to Delete Your Data

1. Log in to your account and navigate to the dashboard.
2. Click on "Settings" in the sidebar navigation.
3. Scroll down to the "Delete Account" section.
4. Click the "Delete My Data" button and confirm your decision.

What Data Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, all the following data will be permanently removed: your profile information, genetic reports, analysis results, uploaded files, and any other data associated with your account. This action cannot be undone.

Important Notes

• Once you delete your account, all data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
• If you have an active subscription, you should cancel it first through the billing portal before deleting your account.
