Subscriptions & Plans
GENOTURK offers subscription plans through Polar.sh. This guide explains the plans, how to subscribe, how to manage or cancel a subscription, and what happens on deletion.
Available plans
The available plans are shown on the Pricing page and are managed live, so the exact list may change. The standard tiers are:
- Hobbyist - entry-level plan for trying out the platform
- Professional - for individual professionals analysing their own genomes
- Advanced - higher capacity plans for extensive analysis work
- Enterprise - for institutions and larger teams
Subscribing
To subscribe to a plan:
1Choose a plan on the Pricing page or in the Subscriptions area of the dashboard.
2Complete the secure checkout. A customer profile is created for your account automatically.
3Once the payment succeeds you are taken to the confirmation page.
Managing your subscription
The Subscriptions page in your dashboard shows:
- the current plan (product name), its status, and when the current billing period ends
The billing portal
The billing portal lets you manage the payment side of your subscription without leaving the platform:
- View past invoices
- Manage payment methods
- Cancel or change a plan
Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal.
Deleting your account automatically revokes any active subscription. No further payments are processed
